How requests work
Send changes by email whenever they come up, with a photo of the new menu or a quick note. We make the edit, check it on a phone and reply when it's live. If a request is larger than the plan covers, such as a new page or a new location, we quote it before starting.
What drives cost
Plans are quoted to fit the site. The main factors are how many pages it has, how often you expect changes, whether hosting is included and which platform the site runs on. We don't list prices here because a single-room studio and a spa with three locations need very different amounts of work.
Sites we didn't build
We can take on a site someone else built, after a short review. If it's in poor shape, we'll tell you what we'd fix first, and you can decide whether to start with a cleanup or a redesign.

Is there a long contract?
The terms are in your quote. Plans run month to month unless you ask for something else, and you keep every login and file if you stop.
Do I still own the site?
Yes. The domain, content and accounts stay in your name, and we work with access you can remove at any time.
